INGREDIENTS FOR PERFECT HEALTH

  • We have a perfect body that will keep us safe, healthy and fit all our lives, way past 100 years. However, we must feed it proper food, move energetically the way our body is designed to move and rest so our cells can regenerate. Poor nutrition is cited as the number one cause of all diseases, including mental disorders.

    Our core beliefs, which cause our attitude, choices and actions are the underlying cause of everything we do, including how healthy we are. We start the training right now by loving and cherishing ourselves, as if we were the most important people in the world, because we are. If we really love ourselves, we would only eat and drink what is good for a healthy body, alert, great mind, fantastic strength, energy and a long, joyous life.

    Eat organic raw vegetables and fruits, although many vegetables are just fine warmed in broth not boiled, browned, BBQed, broiled or fried. Use loads of spices and superfoods. The only nutritious food left on the planet is grown without insecticides from nature's seeds, avoid Genetically Modified Organics. GMO foods are made to travel long distances and last long without any nutrition, so why bother? Also the seeds will not regenerate, so every year new seeds must be purchased. Be sure the label reads no GMO, which is not required by most governments. Besides it is in most processed food anyway, so leave it on the shelf for the uneducated, unloved and uncaring. 

    Our food must be grown in fertile soil with lots of earthworms. The crops are rotated to replenish the earth. Fruits and vegetables must ripen on the tree, bush or vine, not in the box, truck or in the store to get all the nutrition they will provide. Eat only "organic foods" We have to start, even if some unscrupulous people label their contaminated food organic, to get the almighty, worthless peso, mark, yen, buck or pound etc. As people get healthy, all will change.  

    The only good oil is expeller pressed, cold pressed, virgin or extra virgin including essential oils and fish oil supplements. All other oils, including pure olive oil, have been treated to last forever and will break down our immune system, so we get sick and stay sick. Avoid all animal, bird or fish meat, unless labeled free range, grass fed without hormones, antibiotics, steroids, mercury, farmed or anything else unnatural.

    Avoid all processed food in cans, boxes, bottles, plastic bags and anything else. They have additives like fructose, colors, preservatives, MSG, you name it (read poisons), to give them the shelf life of a Twinkie and make them sweet or salty and look pretty. They are garbage. Yogurt and naturally fermenting foods are healthy. Avoid all pasteurized milk products including yogurt, rice, wheat, sugar and its manufactured substitutes in any color or form, including sugars extracted from plants. Use only sea salt sparingly, if you must.

    Where the hell did baking bread, crackers and bleaching rice, flour, sugar and salt come from? Bleach is a poison, great for cleaning up dirty toilets, kitchens and floors! You should learn what we do to maraschino cherries and hominy grits! When Eve got knowledge and gave it to Adam, they were cast out of paradise and Eve did something unforgivable. She discovered fire, ground up grass and baked bread. The first deadly sin was knowledge. The second was baking bread and the third was murder according to the Bible. Wine was OK, in fact fermenting fruit and super foods is healthy in moderation. Hmmmmmmm

    Where did we get the idea that overcooked veggies and fruit were desired and the faster we could prepare a meal, the better? If we feel low on energy and down in the dumps, drink plenty of fresh water and rest! Coffee, sugar, pop, protein or fruity power drinks, most drugs, including aspirin and cigarettes are lethal. We have built our society's demands on us way out of proportion to what would be a healthy, normal expectation.

    There is really only one whom we can trust now and that is us. The entire food, drug, medical, insurance, oil, energy, government and business community, including chiropractors, psychologists, therapists, life trainers, preachers, teachers and parents need and want us to be sick and tired of life, otherwise they are out of a job. We were trained to support poor health, mental dysfunction, unhappiness, frustration, poverty and disrespect in everyone, including us, our pets, plants, children and the planet itself.

    We train our children in competitive sports, in fact, competition everywhere in homes and business, so we will go to war and kill everything. We think this is normal and natural and we excuse our behavior because we are aliens from another galaxy or universe sent here to use up the earth's resources, including all life and then get in our space ship and move on.

    If we decide to love and cherish us totally, completely and unconditionally, we will eat only healthy food and reject the unhealthy, civilized lifestyle. It is personal. Join a group and you become a target. Personal trainers train you to live happily in civilization. Make the change quietly, in the bosom of your family. Love yourself totally, warts, wrinkles and all and train your children to love themselves unconditionally. Once that ball starts to roll, it will gather safe energy, happy, small families and small communities where people dance in the streets, walk to work and love each other. We can live in peace, goodwill and harmony with the natural order of the planet, the universe and each other. Make the change personal.

      My brother suggested I may like this web site. He was totally right. This post truly made my day. You can not believe how much false information is everywhere about what we should and should not eat. We all eat bread of some kind or other. We eat fried foods, deep fried potatoes. Our salads have vegetable oils or mayonnaise on them made with GMO soy oil. A lot of people still eat some kind of fake butter. Our meat is stuck with hormones, antibiotics and who knows what else. The animals are sick. Chickens in cages all their lives under lights. What is the matter with us?  I spent years looking for this simple, straight forward information! Thanks, we need to work together on this, as a team, to set this human world right.

      Now we know significantly more about how important good health is. We need to advocate healthy eating what is ecologically friendly and safe. Unfortunately those who grow and process our foods do not agree and alter our food, so it keeps us sick.       Fantastic information about what we eat and need to eat to be healthy. I've spend time learning your amazing posts and they are all about having a good live and you do not ask for any money but keep us in your heart. I appreciate the amount of time you must have spent learning about us and what we need to be happy, healthy and wealthy. We absolutely must have this knowledge and apply it. I am amazed to think that our parents fed us food that was bad for us and may be the reason so many of us are sick. Still they did not know better for our government prohibits much information from getting to its people. Someone said that going to another country will be a far better way to get more information. This really sucks because how do we know if the information has any merit?

      It is personal. Nature is the best healer. Eat what is natural and raw without insecticides, hormones and other additives. Be sure our waste is not used as fertilizer. Drink only pure water that comes from the rain, incase your ground water is contaminated. In this world of way too many people, it is difficult to find space that is not contaminated by our presence. Governments are notoriously out for power and use their people as slaves and armies. It is only going to get worse, unless we drop the population quickly by not having any more children. Health is so important, without good health we are not happy and when we are unhappy it is very difficult to do good work.       Ingredients for Perfect Health is just about food. You need to add exercise. If all we do is sit and eat we will not be healthy and we need to keep changing our exercise routines every four weeks. The human body is made in a way that it gets used to any kind of exertion. And once the body gets used to a routine, it may not give the same results. I do love your blogs and the way you write and I know how important exercise is. Leri 

      You are so right and I am adding it to this blog and the others on health. Of course we need to move energetically many times a day. Civilization and the automobile has made us soft. I saw a cartoon of a woman backing her car out of the garage to the mailbox in front of her house, leaning out the window, retrieve her mail and driving the car back into the garage.

      Hey There. I found your blog using msn. That is an extremely well written article. You are right, our food is loaded with poisons and chemicals, unfit to eat. There are a lot of new supplements out now, Asie berries, krill, grape leaf oil, coconut oil, etc. I would not be surprised if piss ants are next on the shelves. They only seem to depend on people and their comments about their experience of this product. Hardly scientific but I got hooked on a few. Don't we all and that is all that is necessary to be successful. Go with what you know is healthy, like how the oil is extracted, or the seed, whatever. Check all the warnings. Whatever. Obesity is an epidemic and we address it all the time with dieting which fails to work long term. I too am into eating healthy foods and appreciate the science behind why we do what we do especially in regards of what we eat. Too much sugar, in fact we should be eating a sugarless diet. It is a relatively straightforward system to setup and use, and you continue to see  really good results. Deep water culture hydroponics is where you set your plant roots into an oxygen rich made nutrient resolution as the medium itself. Some growers attempt to use a rooting fertilizer and several others just use de-chlorinated tap water, kept at a pH between 5 and half dozen. The magic comes from the air stone that is placed at the bottom of your grow container. This air stone is what provides the much required oxygen that the developing root system craves. Since most of the plants we eat today are starved from the way farmers ruin the soil, this becomes a simple answer for each household or community.

I look at things differently now. I did not know about the vegetable oil in the supermarkets. Please write more. What other foods should I avoid and which should I eat.

I saw a commercial years and years ago about a woman who went thru the supermarket, looking at labels and remarking to herself, "Oh but that is a preservative, can't have that. Wow so much sugar. White flour, nope. MSG, OMG. Added color, don't think so, canned tuna, mercury poisoning, hamburger…full of hormones.  At the end we see her coming into her house, declaring to her husband, "I could not find anything healthy to eat. He looks up and she smiles, "So we will have to go out to eat."

      We knew the food in the supermarket was poison thirty years ago and now it is worse. No one seems to care. Of course, some of us did care and in the US there are stores that care and carry only food good for you. Trader Joes comes to mind and there are many more. Love, Oracle Jai

        Do you understand why the effect of Dopamine gives most of us pleasure when getting something we really like but was unexpected? But if I get the pleasure I expect, it  minimizes my excitement or passion. I would love my friend, spouse, kid or pet more if I was unsure if I would get the pleasure I sought. Both people looking to be in a relationship are not necessarily experiencing the same excitement of the chase or perhaps one is not happy with the award when they win. Perhaps the person wants something that is harder to get and success is more remote. This happens throughout most new interactions.

        As human beings, we always desire something we all know is not easy to get. The brilliantly toned, scorching vehicle, that excellent career could buy and still we want more earnings. For those who have a wonderful wage, you need much more satisfaction than someone who has less of a wage. If you have less, then you need more hours. We want what we do not have.

        We always want more or something different or better, or as you put it, something we do not have. Babies do this all the time. You have something; they want it. Another child picks up a toy out of many and another child wants it. I would say it is natural but that is due to conditioning. Conditioning or training starts when the baby is in the womb. If conditioning is unconditional love, babies do not need what you have to be theirs. That comes from parents taking things from a baby, toddler, child etc. We bring up baby in an totally unsuitable environment of totally unsuitable and harmful stuff.

        The environment of unconditional love is mother. She keeps the baby with her and safe at all times. Then throughout life we are successful and grateful for the joy, love, health and prosperity we have, without looking to take anything from another. Sounds like peace and good will on earth. Mothers need to get back into the role of being a loving mother.  Thanks for the response. I did look up Dopamine, although I thought I knew what it was and I learned more.       Wonderful post, brilliant information, scary though. Seems everyone is out to make us sick. We do have to take care of us. I read where the US government is dumping chemicals, especially aluminum out of planes in Hawaii and California to change the weather somewhere else and it is making people sick and killing plants. Is this true?

      I actually have seen the chem trails as they were called. I did read about it and soon there will be proof as to who is doing it on the internet.       Great comment and just what we all need. More people getting healthy. A friend asked what they should take for the pain in their knee joints. I said see a doctor. There are foods and supplements that will help prevent the damage to the knee joints but once the damage is in the pain stage, it requires an operation or a complete change over of beliefs and food. Most will opt for the operation because I know of no one who actually changed their beliefs and repaired the damage with food and supplements.

      I am a healer and I refuse to heal because something else will be caused to take the place of the cured dis'ease. Diabetes can be cured with diet but again people do not go for it. They get their kicks from the dis'ease and attention. Love, Oracle Jai

I ain't saying your information is not solid., however what if you added a title that grabbed folk's attention? I mean Ingredients for Perfect Health, nutrition is #1 benefit. Be Positive Now is a little vanilla. You could look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article headlines to get viewers to open the links. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about everything you've written. In my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.

      We need to know աhat combinations of food are good for us and which are not. The information changes daily. However since supermarkets are plentiful, we easily stock our homes with surplus unhealthy food that we have no qualms throwing away.

      Very funny but true. I just thru my bread, rice and corn out the window for the birds. I read the labels and threw out even more food. I stay out of the supermarkets and buy my pasture fed meat and cheese from a reliable butcher grocer and fresh organic veggies and fruit from a reliable farmer's outlet. I did find an article on line that I could have a glass of wine with five dinners a week so I bought a bottle. I just hope they stick to this one perk.       I believe that avoiding processed foods is a first step in order to lose weight. They will often taste fine, but refined foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you take in more simply to have enough electricity to get through the day. For anyone who is constantly feeding on these foods, switching to whole grains and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more vigor while feeding on less. Great blog post.

      Thank for your input and now for the latest. No grains for your diet. No bread, crackers, tacos, cookies, sugar, no rice of any color, no corn, no fried foods, diet foods, GMO or alcohol. No smoking of anything, including burning your BBQ pr garbage.  You are right about processed foods especially oils. The article is complete up to now but as science looks into more about our food and health, there might well be more prohibited foods.

If we are not healthy we are not happy. So I am going to change the way I eat. No bread, rice, corn, spaghetti or tortillas. Boy some countries just will not know what to eat since that is what they eat. No crackers, cookies, hamburgers, toast. I do not know what to eat either!!

      Hahahaha. You got that right. I have done it but I know what you are wondering. All nuts are good, including the kind you eat. Also load up on spices. Save your chicken bones and always have a broth to keep everything together. Beans are also a good substitute for your other fillers, rice, noodles, spaghetti and bread.       Woah! I'm really loving the template/theme of this website. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's tough to get that "perfect balance" between superb usability and appearance. I must say that you've done a awesome job with this. Additionally, the post, Ingredients for Perfect Health is really an eye catcher. Great picture and you tell it like it is in a few paragraphs. I have been to a lot of sites on health and what to eat. They all want me to buy their products which are more pills. I am bogged down with supplements, shakes, pills, eat a big breakfast, skip breakfast. more protein, less protein.  I am sick of the whole thing.

      No one seems to know their effect on us. Most of the food heated or cooked in a microwave is detrimental to our health anyway. If you are eating mostly the way our Paleolithic ancestors ate, who had the same digestive system we have today, we would not cook anything or at least very little. Beans are good and certainly easier to eat when cooked in broth. Grass fed beef and pork is tough and gamey and I prefer it cooked in soup. Steaks are out because they must be browned, burnt or BBQ, which is a no no health-wise. Eat healthy food, drink lots of water and have a long, great, happily ever after. Love Oracle Jai

      Thanks a lot for mentioning that you read and understood about how to stay healthy and never fear or buy health insurance. I received minimal health insurance when I retired but then I found I had somehow abused a hip and would have to have it replaced. I bought the other half of retirement health insurance so I could have the operation. However had I started knowing more about the food I was eating and how to handle my body safely, I would have gone thru old age without an operation.

      We are never taught how to use our body wisely or how to care for our joints and I definitely do not recommend any chiropractor or physical trainer for they abuse our joints, especially our backbone. We need better trained specialists to mess with our body and our health. You never hear doctors telling us it is the food we eat and our mind set that causes disease and proper diet and thoughts will cure any ailment. They only treat the symptoms instead of the cause. Nice site as well and love the look of those healthy ingredients. It is very difficult to eat wisely and healthy because even in poor countries the food is sprayed with poisons and now with GMO forget nutriments. If it is in a can, box, jar also forget it for it has been processed so it is dangerous. I like that you listed what was good. 

      You are right, of course. We may have to grow our own and we had better grab some natural seeds otherwise all the seeds packaged will also be GMO. Thanks for the comment. Love Oracle Jai
