• Monkey-Go-RoundIf life is fun, work is fun. We fear having fun because when we were having fun as small children our trainers punished us. They thought they were doing right because we were too noisy.

We had to learn there were too many big people around who wanted it quiet because they were too busy being noisy, talking or listening to others or the TV.

We of course treat our children the same way because now we are the big noisy, busy people. Around and around the Merry-goes-around, going nowhere and the brass ring remains just out of reach.

We can get the brass ring and the life we want by telling our cells that all of life is fun, cleaning the bathroom is fun, even work is fun. Every moment spent in fun aligns our cells to make sure we “choose” what is easily fun to do.

There is only one job, the job of life and that has to be fun, otherwise why bother? When life is fun we have loads of energy and are always healthy. It is up to each and every one of us to have fun. What is that exactly? Enjoyment, excitement, delight, pleasure, enthusiasm, joy, happiness, bliss, passion, ecstasy, cheerfulness, gladness, paradise, harmony, elation, thrilling, exuberance, euphoria and high spirits.

We are physically capable of feeling this way all the time. We just need to get the inhibitors out of our thoughts which reflect our negative, limiting training. Everything I write comes down to this one solution.

The cure for cancer is to believe life is fun and we are always healthy, fit and safe.

The cure for depression is to believe we love ourselves totally and always have fun.

The cure for diabetes is to cherish ourselves so much that we have fun eating and drinking what is healthy.

All bloggers crave kind comments and you have really great comments. It takes a lot of time to go through them but they too follow your ideas. Most of the comments left on Facebook, news articles, photos, videos and significantly more are just basic like or dislike. Boring. Your comments are always about learning and giving.  I appreciate readers giving additional value to learn more about your issues.

I even read a few that disagree with you and they were allowed to speak, so to speak. Thank you also sharing many of these, including your life experiences. Your stories are so on target and show what you are saying clearly. I don't think that I have the guts to explore or get involved with changing myself in order to change the world. Some will consider your proposal nothing more than a sport and a lot less dangerous. Please take care yourself.

You are so right and if too few people go for love, peace and goodwill, we will fail to save the specie and all life on the planet. It is OK to fail, the law of cause and effect is universal and perfect. To do nothing is to allow others to have their will for we believe they are our masters, even though we have only one master, ourselves. Love, Oracle Jai

This post is invaluable. How can I find out more? We all have a workplace. How does one handle the boss? How do I protect the team? We complain all the time and rat on everyone. It is such a mess, I do not know where to begin. I like what I do. It is just the people I have to do it with. I never feel safe, I am either doing too much or too little and someone does not like it. Jeremy.

Your comment is truly invaluable. I run across this all the time and eventhough I council people how to be positive, the very next day they will have crucified Jesus in the workplace. Why? Well either they did not listen, which is probably the case, or they still play the power game they learned from their parents and siblings. The point is having the power to cause someone unhappiness and misery.

A story of how the game is played.

When my oldest daughter, around 15 or 16, was a bit late being ready for school, so she called out to her best friends she had known for years, "Just a minuet." However they went on. A few days later, my daughter came to me in tears and told me her best friends would not speak to her and laughed at her. They shared several classes in High School and lunchtime was especially unbearable. She did not understand what had happened and they would not talk to her.

I knew very well, having seen much younger children play this same game on their friends, while practicing to be adults. At the time, I was reading the book Born Free and my daughter and I worked on the chapters where the  author tells us how to become a winner. He said let go of the ones who have harmed you and make new friends. For a while she ate lunch in the library for this was just too difficult.

As months went by my daughter did make new friends and paid no attention to the girls who wanted her to feel miserable. Once that happened they wanted her to come back to them. She asked me what should she do. I said she was in charge of her life and a winner, so she could do whatever she chose.

She went back but they all found the great comradeship they had once felt was gone. Now there was only shame and distrust. Same thing that happens to adults when they play this game. There is so much more, how to be with the boss, for instance. If you have any questions please continue the conversation. Love, Oracle Jai

This is a great post. I am one of many of your fans and want to learn more about how to have fun in large corporations. I am uncertain why I have not thought of looking for fun in the workplace before. Your website is in fact that awesome, with such straight information and stories to make the point easy to digest. Great if you love office politics and I want to learn more about how to handle people, so I can get a better position.

It is more about people than doing the job well! I know I must avoid gossip, arguments and offending others. I am a trustworthy person but even that has failed to get me the promotion I desire. I notice that your readers leave lengthy, flattering comments and you answer them. This is rare on the internet. Please tell me what else I need to do to get a better position in the corporate world.

My advise is always the same. Lose the goal, it was conceived in lack. Lose the strategies, they were made to be the slave of the 1% rich and powerful. Love and cherish yourself unconditionally, If you make money, position and things the point of life, you lose everything.

Make your life about having fun, play in love, have perfect health and live in joy and abundance in every moment, exploring the wonder of the world with the monkey people who also like to play in love. If the corporate world is full of sharks, devoid of fun and out to eat you alive, then your workplace is somewhere else. Love, Oracle Jai

Magnificent beat! You broadcast bright clear ideas. They are very different. How are you able to write, questioning everything we believe is true? Are you unafraid that people will dislike you for saying what you do? It could be taken offensively even though you want people to get happy, healthy and rich. I would like to be so bold! Dee

Thank you for taking the time to comment. When one is happy and know they are safe, bold is a natural form of the animal we descended from. I admire the natural order of the universe and it allows every living thing to be as it is. There is or was room for all diversity, until humans overran the planet with its species and lust for taking and killing everything. Be different, be happy, safe, in love and rich. Move out of the city and live in paradise. Love, Oracle Jai

    5. Handy says:

Thank you for another magnificent article. Where else could anyone get that type of information in such a perfect way of writing? I've a presentation next week on just this topic, the workplace. I will discuss your points because there have been studies done that if the workers are happy they perform better. Everyone gets happy and prospers. It is not the money it is in the joy of doing the work. Believe it or not, some people actually like cleaning and are very happy when they have done a good job. Not my cup of tea but that is OK. Actually businesses need to look at making their pay scale more equal. A desk job is no more necessary than a clean environment to work in.

Thanks for taking the time to tell us how you are using what you have learned. We want the world to be of love, joy health and prosperity for everyone and the entire world and all its living inhabitants. Love, Oracle Jai

I hate putting on a mask, hiding my feelings for fear of being fired or worse that those I work with will dislike me. Work is stressful. We have deadlines and an impossible work load. People leave and not replaced and the work piles up. We don't even get paid that much. I want to talk to the girls but fear I am being watched. You just tell me I need to have fun but how can I? Pretend work is not as you demonstrate full of monkeys or sharks. In my work there are more sharks, few monkeys and I am bait.

Hi bate! You do describe the normal workplace. Of course we need to become a monkey. The place for sharks is in the sea. Monkeys are without guile. So be true to your joy in life. If it is not joyous then leave. If we love the work then be happy. Too much to do is our impression. Change it to I am excited and cherish myself. I love this work. It is up to us to make the work fun, not the company or boss. It is up to us to smile and laugh. No one can do this for us. If we love us, we love the work, our boss, our supervisor and our coworkers and it is just right. Without fear and negative comments weighing us down, we would be surprised at how fast work gets done.

I once was fired from being too joyful, too competent, too direct, too friendly and having too much fun. They were used to the ordinary employee. During the eleven days I worked there I was excellent at selling. It was not enough. They went out of business several months later and I became a sailor. Monkey business is the only business to be involved with. Love, Oracle Jai

I sell hats, sunglasses, sneakers, shoes, all kinds of stuff and I get only a marginal income. I got on your site looking to sell something and became fascinated because all the blogs are basically about me. What I do and why I do it and what pleasure do I get from my life. I just fell into this kind of work. I do it and don't even wonder if I like it. My parents had a store and sold all kinds of junk. So do I except it is online. I read The Workplace and have to think about some of the things you talk about. I am unsure if I am having fun. I guess if I wonder about it, it probably is not that much fun. Thanks,

You are right. We follow in our parents footsteps because we all have to grow up to be like our parents. That is how we learn to survive. We believe that is the only way and rarely think we might change. We are the Shakespeare of our drama. We make our life according to our program. Want a different life, change your program. The workplace in civilization is highly dangerous. Not only are you under everyone's thumb, that thumb is crushing the life out of the planet. Cutting trees to make way for more humans and oil for their machines will deprive us of oxygen. Using people to advance the bankers, war, drugs, doctors, governments, insurance is detrimental to your health as well as theirs. Killing the oceans with our poisons. Leave the workplace now and invent a new one in a small safe community. If enough of us love and cherish ourselves, we will change the world. Thanks for reading and commenting. Love, Oracle Jai

    14. Junko says:

It's nearly impossible to find people willing to speak honestly about our human situation. The workplace is as bad as our homes, schools, churches, government. People are so scared and behave so badly. Yet you make the problem understandable and we can change, if we want peace and goodwill. You know what you're talking about and most people, in fact, all people, haven't a clue!

Thanks thanks for your honest comment. Yes most, if not all people have only a little bit of knowledge as to why we are the way we are and what we can do about it. As this knowledge spreads, we may save life on the planet yet. Love, Oracle Jai

Some genuinely great content on this internet site, thanks for contribution. "I finally know what distinguishes man from other beasts, financial worries. – Journals" by Jules Renard. And that is why we are in a workplace most of our lives. Absurd.

I think so too. It will be a place of pleasure as soon as we have a loving, happy, thrilling, healthy, safe life and prosper. All we have to do is love and cherish ourselves. We only have to please us. All those others we were trained to bow to are incidental and once we love us, we seem to find the company we also love. Love, Oracle Jai

Great post. I have checked out this blog a lot and I am very impressed. Incredibly helpful information that no one else seems to have. I especially like the Workplace. That can be at home or an office or anywhere for that matter. I was looking for this particular info on how to get along with the boss and get ahead. You say that doesn't really matter because all that really matters is if I am happy. If I am, then those around me are as well. Seems too simple and yet we all know that is true. We like happy people because they make us feel happy. Thank you and I will continue to read your superior thoughts and great writing. Besides the site is easy to use and beautiful. It is definitely unique.

Thanks for realizing this is true. Be happy, be content, be great. All it takes is a belief that you are this way and you were when you  were just a baby, until negative and fearful conditioning set in. Keep coming and keep opening up to who you want to be. Love, Oracle Jai

I constantly email this web site post page to all my associates, since if like to read it next my contacts will too. We do need to trust ourselves and others as well, especially in the home and our place of work. When I distrust someone, I know it shows and they then begin to defend themselves. Very unpleasant.

Thanks for continually reading and sending my information to yourself and others. We do need to be trustworthy. Once you trust yourself to always cause a positive, beneficial response, worry disappears. You act with confidence and others will trust you. That is how it works. Love, Oracle Jai

If someone doesn't understand the problem or solution, its up to others to assist them. The Workplace is a fascinating subject and I loved the symbolic Shark as the boss and the workers, monkeys. It is so like that. Funny but of course the workplace has to be agreeable if the work is to be of top quality.

That is very true and companies are learning how to get better production per cost by changing the colors and office policies. It is about the money and not the people, still that is better than what it used to be. At least the workers are happier and that is important. I however, advocate evacuate the whole work in the city thing. Go to the country and develop work we love doing without putting money into the pockets of the 1% very rich. The very rich want world domination and even if the package is pretty it still is slavery. Love, Oracle Jai

    21. Kenneth says:

I am eager to read all your posts. I just finished The Workplace and you are right. We should be having fun at work. The shark and monkeys says it perfectly. What's up with everyone? They make the work place stressful. It is rush, rush, rush, shut up get to work. If it were pleasant, the surrounding area spacious, lovely, personal, I am sure the work would still get done and absenteeism would be minimal.  I am eager to now read your new post, We Reap what We Sow. You always have a different and unusual approach to subjects we think we know and understand.

Thanks for commenting and life should be fun all the time, a joy to be here on earth with a few friends. Love yourself totally, unconditionally and then we can return to peace, love, joy, health and prosper, once the population drops below a million on earth. All we need to do is hold off having babies until we know how to love. Love, Oracle Jai

Other countries censor content and not just rogue regimes such as the Iranian mullocracy.

You are absolutely right, in fact in most of the world, the governments, religion, rich and powerful businessmen want to control information, so we will be ignorant and do as they want. With the internet, humans can now access all information ever recorded, especially science. It is about time, for time is running out for life on the planet. My effort here is to wake people up and motivate us to do what is necessary to save the planet. Thanks for dropping by, Love, Oracle Jai.

I really love your website.. Excellent colors & theme. You developed an amazing site! I love reading the replies as well. They help to clarify. You must have had an amazing life to know what you know, judging by your stories. Appreciate it and I keep returning for there is a lot here to study especially on health. I have diabetes and want to cure it. Doctors tell me it is incurable. You say it is a symbolic statement with meaning for my life. What is it?

Here's how it works. You must discover what the problem is with hypertension and diabetes. What functions are changed or stopped? What fails to work right? What are the results? Translate that information into the symbolic statement that points what you need to do in your life. This is an investigation you need to undergo.

I did look it up and it is so complicated, with so many medical and scientific terms that it is very difficult to break it down, so one can actually point to an area in their life they need to change. I am going to drastically simplify the disease.

Basically the problem is changing sugar into a starch that the body can use for energy, which is stored in the liver. Your body is reacting to your inability to love and nourish yourself. Symbolically speaking, you have what you need but it fails to nourish, love or keep you safe. Mythologically speaking the liver was considered the regenerative quality of strength often inspired by anger.

The remedy is to immediately realize you are totally in charge of your life and it is imperative that you get those love peptides going throughout your body, smile and laugh all the time. Eat only what nourishes you and trust that everything you do keeps you safe. It is your job to provide the fun, joy, health and wealth in your life and keep out of harm's way. No one else can do this for you. Love, Oracle Jai

Hello my friend! I want to say that this article about the workplace is awesome, nicely written and very clear. Life is about having fun in everything we do. I would like to hear more about this. I will read more of your posts. Thanks, Frances

You are welcome, Frances and it is true, when you take a situation you complain about, stop, turn it around and look for having fun. When I was 19, I went to work in the largest department store in the world at that time. I was only there for the Christmas season in the gift department. There were too many clerks to manage the few people who came in. All the ladies were much, much older and conversations were frowned upon. We were on a one percent incentive commission, which was not enough incentive to me.

After an hour of doing nothing, I walked around and rearranged stuff. I piled the pillows into fantastic shapes, put the glass salt and pepper shakers on the candelabra, canes and other things into the umbrella holder. By the time I returned to the pillows, someone had put them back into the disorder they were originally. I did this all day long doing different things and someone snuck around putting everything back. Once I took the tops off the salt and pepper shakers and used them to decorate the centerpiece on the table. At least one of us was having a lot of fun, perhaps two and no one told me to stop. Have you considered adding some differing opinions to the article? I think it might enhance my understanding. I want to understand how I am suppose to be peaceful and joyous at my work when it is hectic.

Well this is the place to add a differing opinion. Your workplace is hectic because you believe it is. When you believe in peace and that you have the ability of doing whatever you desire in half the time it would normally take, your subconscious can eliminate wasteful activities and thoughts so you work becomes easy, quick and perfect. Continually empty your mind of everything that does not serve your work and relax. Your cells will get it that you mean business and will take it as the new way of serving you. I trust you will give it 100% commitment and you will achieve your desires. Love, Oracle Jai

    29. Dillar a Dollar says:

I need to thank you once again regarding the precious wisdom you post on your blog. It is really surprisingly how you illustrate your posts. The workplace is full of monkeys and sharks. Very funny. Playing with other monkeys is the fun part, it's the sharks that want everything for themselves, even lording it over all others. They have a twisted idea of power.

Generous, intelligent, loving people like you, giving freely the wisdom that most people need would charge for it in the form of an ebook. The creative ideas you put forth are very different than the usual drivel. They are actually disturbing, in that they are the truth and we did not see it when it was plainly before our eyes. What deceptions we learned, so we did not see reality.

If most people realized what was really happening to them, they would become dolphins and the sharks would play their games with each other. I am certain the people who read your site will come around to love, health and being safe in a pleasant environment.

Thank you for that pleasant comment. I know there are others with the same message. People are awaking to the real show and they had better wake up right now and change. It is personal. We tried to make loving communities in the "60's" but they failed because they had not learned to love.

The primitive peoples left love behind when they climbed out of the trees, lost their tail and got an opposable thumb. They still are as lost as the rest of civilization. Sex was all we knew, besides getting high and it killed many, good kids. We make love inside of us by smiling and laughing. Try it, you'll like it. Love, Oracle Jai

I am delighted that I read this post about our workplace. Hahahaha, monkeys and sharks, ain't it the truth. I just accept the workplace will be disagreeable, busy, full of deadlines and disagreeable people. But, as you point out, it need not be that way. I see it that way and in that case I can see it differently. I prefer monkeys so monkeys it is. Have a nice day. Bye, Mallory

Thanks, Mallory for commenting. Monkeys play and jeer at their nemesis. Be that and have fun. Love, Oracle Jai

    31. Homer says:

I truly loved your blog. Your articles are well written, short enough to want to read it all, interesting enough to read more thru the responses. The work place for most people is anything but pleasant. There is always a sense or pressure or urgency and I definitely got the monkeys having fun in shark infested waters. You have a great sense of humor with reality. Hahahahahah

Thanks for your observation and taking the time to comment. I do think most people miss the symbolic choice of the pictures. Still the subconscious gets it, which is more important. Love, Oracle Jai
